A day at Barton Hill Farms is an opportunity to do some hands-on learning. We will discuss our farm animals and their importance.

Students will hear about how our helpful worker bees pollinate the crops, like our strawberries and zinnias. They may also learn about healthy nutrition, life on the farm, and what makes our crops grow.  Exact agendas may vary.  Y’all may see a gopher or two or three!

Our goal is to enable our kiddos to gain a better idea of where their food comes from and to make the connections between farm and city life. Plus, we want kids to learn about the science and technology that come with modern agriculture.

Please arrive by 9:30 as your tour will begin promptly at 10:00.

All tickets must be purchased together and by the same teacher/coordinator.

1 teacher/adult REQUIRED per 4 students.

The Health & Safety of our staff and guests is a top Priority. Visit our Farm Policies page to learn more about what we're doing to Play Safe.

No pets, no coolers and no alcohol are allowed into the Farm.  Learn more at our Farm Policies page.
